May Ocean Sound Bath with courtney elliott
Courtney Elliott was born in Sydney Australia at a hospital overlooking the ocean. To say her connection with water and the sounds of the ocean runs deep would be an understatement. Her love of sound and movement has evolved over the years and she has an incredible ability to transport your body and subconscious mind from Tennessee to floating with the waves of the ocean in a faraway place yet staying completely grounded in your body. In her somatic work with clients, she places emphasis on the importance of allowing your body to be like water when the waves of life are crashing down on you. The waves with keep coming, it’s how we move with them that will keep us tethered to safety.
With sound and Yoga Nidra Courtney will guide you through active listening, nervous system regulation and deep rest. We are so looking forward to hosting you for this event!
