Where are you located?
We are located at 2525C Lebanon Pike suite 103. Since we are tucked back off the road, here are some landmarks for you. Our building is blue and behind Caliber Coffee, next door to a Masonic Lodge and Laundry Mat. We do not have a sign by Lebanon Road. We are between McGavock Pike and Graylynn Drive. If you’ve passed either of these streets going East or West, you’ve gone too far!
What do I need to wear or bring?
We encourage everyone to wear something that you feel comfortable moving in. Maybe it’s a sweatshirt and baggy sweatpants or a matching unitard! It’s all good and we want you to feel good. Socks are not needed but if your feet get cold, we suggest grippy socks.
No need to bring anything with you, unless you like your own mat for the mat classes. We do have all the mats, props and machines here! You can bring your water bottle and we do have a water filling station with filtered water available as well as coffee and tea.
Do I need prior experience to take a Pilates class? Where do I start?
Nope! In fact, we LOVE beginners. We hear a lot that people have done Pilates before, just not in a long time. Great! Our studio is welcoming to all levels from beginner to advanced and we have class levels to reflect that.
A class that says “Beginner Pilates” is a great class to start with. We also offer an Initial Private Consultation for only $75. You will get to work one on one with an instructor where we will assess your movement, talk about your goals, and see where you’d like to go in your movement journey! WE are here to help you. How do I sign up for classes?
The best way is either through our website here or you can download the Mindbody Online app and search for Native Pilates. There you can create an account and sign up easily! Please feel free to contact us at anytime with any questions about setting up an account.
I am a new client but Mindbody Online will not allow me to purchase the new client specials. Help!
If you’ve taken anything from a class to a private lesson at least once, the computer thinks you are not a new client. We still think you are though! So if you are unable to purchase a new client package, please contact us or let us know when you’re in the studio again. We can purchase this new package for you on our end with a card on file and help you out. Take advantage of those DEALS!
