We at Native Pilates are thrilled to host our third Pilates Teacher Training 2024-2025.
Breakdown of Hours:
150 Observation
250 Practice Teaching
150 Personal Workouts
100 Lessons
60 Lecture Hours (in person)
Advisor Meetings and Exams (these will be scheduled throughout and before graduation)
710 required hours total
This year-long comprehensive program includes:
Mat Pilates
Equipment Pilates includes training on: The Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Low Chair, Ladder Barrel, Magic Circle, and Spine Corrector
Pre + Postnatal Pilates and Special Populations Safety
Anatomy
Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation

Our Training is Different.
Native Pilates Teacher trainees gain…
Full comprehension of body mechanics and anatomy, in order to teach to the body at hand
A deep understanding of the exercises, the Pilates Method, and the art of teaching each exercise successfully led by Owner, CPI Amanda Howard
The ability to teach all bodies and special populations (those who are pre- or postnatal, have scoliosis, or are rehabilitating from injury), safely and with confidence
In-depth instruction on anatomy, led by Dr. Aimee Bailey, PT and Pelvic Floor Therapist
Full access to the studio for the duration of the program
An entire year to dedicate to studying Pilates; these 12-months allow you time to both absorb the information and put it into practice (though some may finish sooner).
Eligibility for The National Pilates Certification upon graduation
Ability to teach at any Pilates studio upon graduation but does not guarantee that you will teach at Native Pilates
Flexibility to workout and train in the studio based on your schedule
The Details:
Investment: $6,500* (Save $500 if paid in full by OCtober 1st)
Location: Native Pilates Studio
Start Date: October 19th & 20th, 2024
Duration: One year (though some may finish more quickly)
Signup Deadline: October 1st, 2024
$500 non refundable deposit due by October 1st to hold your spot. Space is limited to 10 trainees.

There will be 4 installments of $1700 due 1 week before each lecture weekend, for a total of $6800. (Your $500 deposit will go towards your first payment).
Lecture weekend Dates
Orientation: September 14th @2pm- Come ask questions and get more info about the program.
Required in person 4 lecture weekends 9:00am-5:00pm Saturdays and Sundays:
October 19-20- The history of Pilates, Intro to Pilates, Pre Pilates
Level 1 on all equipment, mat, and anatomy, level 1 on all equipment, mat, and anatomy
November 2-3- Level 2 on all equipment, mat, and anatomy
January 11-12- Level 3 on all equipment, mat, and anatomy
March 29-30- Learn the Art of Teaching and practicum
