    This course covers safe and beneficial exercises on the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac with program design for each trimester.

  • The Center Method for Diastasis Recti Recovery™

    Relax. Release. Realign. Restore.

    Our Diastasis Recti Recovery track offers you a comprehensive and holistic approach to designing and teaching the client with diastasis recti.

    Utilizing breathwork, pelvic floor exercises and myofascial release techniques, this rehabilitative course equips you with the skills you need to help your clients release, realign and restore the core musculature. The program offers a series of deep stabilizing exercises with progressions that will allow you to progress towards your regular exercise program, if that is your goal. The deep understanding of the working of your body will ensure the prevention of a recurrence of this condition.

  • Menopause Specialist Certification

    Pilates for Menopause™ Equipment

    Our Menopause track offers you a comprehensive and holistic approach to designing and teaching the menopausal client.

    This course covers innovative and challenging exercises on the Pilates Equipment in line with the concepts discussed in the Menopause Mat course.

  • Rocking and Rolling to Release

    Rocking Movement. Gentle Pressure. Rhythmical Breath.

    This course is the introductory level to our myofascial release techniques. It uses functional movement with or without the gentle pressure of small balls, to release fascial restrictions. This non-aggressive hands-off approach to release, trains you to be able to offer your client the ability to achieve a tension free body in the quiet of their own space.

About the program

Carolyne Anthony and the Center for women’s fitness has developed exercise programs that are designed for women from the ground up. They teach from the female anatomy and physiology, the feminine psyche and include all the subtle bodies – the emotional, mental and spiritual that have an impact on the physical. They understand the different needs of the woman as she exercises through pregnancy, postnatal, menopause and the later years of her life and how these changes affect her fitness needs and goals.
