MAT CLASSES
This class uses body weight and a few props to create movement that’s simple, effective, and more challenging than it looks. You’ll focus on breath, control, and alignment, with options that work for your body. Expect a balanced class focused on core strength, mobility, and total-body conditioning. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or progress as you build strength.
tOWER CLASSES
Pilates Tower is a full-body class that uses spring-based resistance to build strength, improve posture, and increase mobility. The Tower provides both support and challenge, helping you move with control, precision, and proper alignment. Expect a balanced workout that strengthens your core, tones the upper and lower body, and supports healthy movement for everyday life. Perfect for all levels looking for smart, effective Pilates.
REFORMER CLASSES
The reformer’s sliding carriage and springs add just the right amount of challenge as you build core strength and move with more control. It’s a workout that leaves you feeling stronger, steadier, and more centered. Expect a balanced class focused on core strength, mobility, and total-body conditioning. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or progress as you build strength and confidence on the Reformer.
PRIVATE CLASSES
Private Pilates sessions offer one-on-one, personalized instruction tailored to your body, goals, and needs. Using a combination of Reformer, Tower, and other Pilates equipment, each session is thoughtfully designed to support strength, mobility, injury prevention, and overall well-being. Ideal for beginners, those working with injuries, prenatal/postnatal clients, or anyone wanting individualized attention and deeper progress.
Not sure where to start? A class that says “Beginner Pilates” is a great choice! We also offer an Initial Private Consultation for only $85.
Meet Amanda
I found Pilates at the age of 12 through my ballet training, and it’s been woven into my life ever since. What started as cross-training quickly became something deeper, a method that helped me understand my body, move with intention, and build strength that lasts.
I continued dancing through college and into my professional dancing career in Chicago, where my appreciation for Pilates grew even stronger. It wasn’t just about performance anymore, it was about longevity, awareness, and learning how to truly listen to my body.
Pilates supported me through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and that experience sparked a passion for working with women in every season of life–from early womanhood to post-menopause, and anyone seeking a more connected, empowered relationship with their body.
While my career has taken me different places, my roots are right here. I grew up in Hermitage and Mt. Juliet, and Donelson has always felt like home. Opening Native Pilates in this community was intentional—this is where I’m from, where I’m raising my family, and where I believe small, local businesses truly matter.
I’m deeply grateful to do this work and to share it with such an incredible team and local community.
